I don't know the rules. Do we have to create 5 posts each time we have a problem, to be able to reply to a private message?

I received a PM from Anne1, but when I click on the 'Reply' button, I get the error message:

"Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt."

So it seems that user Anne1 has disabled private message receipt, and we cannot reply to Anne1's private messages we receive here. When I search for that user and try to add it that way, I get the same error message.

I am in the same boat. It is pretty frustrating having to make useless posts in order to be able to actually communicate with someone in order to solve a problem. This is the most asinine system ever.

I found that most other reps who send private messages CAN be replied to. So keep on posting til you have your required number of posts, then hope that a different rep (not Anne1) picks up your post and sends you a PM that you can actually reply to. A lot of us are reluctant to post our phone's serial number on a public forum, not knowing if that info will be redacted or not.

If you are ignored for awhile, just keep posting a new topic until somebody responds. This forum is only a hall of shame for Tracfone, as they don't actually post any useful info, as I guess they don't get the whole forum concept.
