Does anyone else out there find this to be the most convoluted forum on the internet? I just need help getting my phone up and running..because the Tracfone web site doesn't work. Please...is there any way out of this maze???

I just purchased a 60 minute Airtime card. the first 4 digits are unreadable. According to other posts I need to provide the card # last 9 digits?

Is there anything to be done?
