My biggest complaint about Tracfone is with the Value Plan we are on. There is a monthly charge to my CC. Then the monthly minutes are sent automatically to the phones. Most times this works fine. However, occasionally something doesn't work and I don't receive the minutes. Calling customer service to remedy it is ridiculously time-consuming. I have spent 45-60 minutes on the phones with CS to send codes back and forth to receive my minutes. There has to be a better way.

If it happens again, I may decide to look elsewhere for "service".
