pin and puk codes

Hello,
I accidentally locked myself out of my phone because I don't have my puk or pin code numbers. I was not even aware what these numbers were. Now all I can do is call 911. Help!!

i can't even get into my phone to be able to tell you what the serial number is.

calebthestarr, take the battery out of the phone. At the back of the phone, check the serial number which is the IMEI/MEID DEC number. Thank you.

I am also having the same issues with my phone I need my phone right away and I can't get through because the puk code is needed and i am having difficulties with it.
