My credit card has been charged twice... And I have yet to receive my minutes. To make matters worse I've lost a whole day because I've been online registering for every aspect of this site just to communicate with an agent. Now that they're automated service has responded I can't even respond to its questions because my account is to new. I'm appalled that I'm now being urged to write 5 more messages on your form just to enable my private message feature. What kind of scam are you guys running? I do not work for you nor do I care to waste any more energy on this matter. Give me my minutes!!! What is the problem?
