I got help from Tech Service, had to imput new codes, was told my SIM code was wrong (in my new phone). Now I can make calls but the phone does not ring, incoming call goes directly into messages. Should I bail out of Tracfone, this is crazy. When is Tracfone Janice going to contact me? I need a phone that works!!!!
