Transfer SIM in T105G to NEW Tracfone...

I have "researched" the forum for this and all have an "off-line" answer, so, here goes:

When I buy a newer Tracfone, transferring minutes into the new telephone number, may I also install the old SIM card into the new Tracfone? I sure do not relish the thought of having to manually enter all the names and numbers into the new Tracfone.

I DO want to transfer the Contact Information to the new Samsung phone by using the SIM card! Is it possible without additional tools or information? I've heard from "rumors" that Tracfone will not allow SIM transfer into another, same make phone.

True or not true?

Bubba Euler, it is true that you cannot insert your old SIM card to the new phone. If you can save your contacts to a memory card, you may try to ave it in a memory card. Just make sure that the memory card is compatible with your new phone. Thanks.
