Desperately Needing Help
Locked myself out using up all my chances to enter the right PUK code. My main screen now say's "SIM Blocked"!. How can I get everything back to normal. I have kept all documentation since new including serial#, sim#, and Store recipt. Please help your reply is greatly appreciated.

I cannot seem to find out how to remove a letter or number when entering a name or address into my contacts, how would I do this? also is there a manual that comes with this phone, none came with the phone, is there a place on this site to learn all about this phone?

I'm amazed on how long the battery lasts on stand-by with this phone. The battery is so small but I went 2 weeks before the battery indicator even moved. For an emergency phone that is not used much, it is ideal.
