on Oct 17 i transfered my number to a new phone (LG220C), and a few days later activated it. it looks like its fully activated, but i cannot make or receive calls, send or receive texts, or add a minutes card. i made a complaint to technical support last thursday Oct 22, and nothing has been done yet. is there anything i can do to get my phone working?
