I am new and have a multitude of problems. I just bought an inexpensive LG but threw away the card so How do I know what number it is such as LG220? or LG 100? Help! Thanks

I got a new phone and started it up today. All is well except I can barely hear the ringtone unless I turn on the speaker. I set all the volume settings at max. Any other suggestions?
