Hi, I am trying to set up voicemail, but when I dial in to voicemail and it asks for my 10 digit number, I get this reply: "Sorry, that mailbox is invalid." I've tried several times over the course of two days, always with the same result.
I am now going to reply 4 more times to this message to enable inbox discussions. Thanks,

I sent the information that you asked for (my serial number) in the PM at 7:10 pm last night. Since then, there has been no reply, not even an acknowledgment that you got the information and are working on the problem. I would like to know where this stands.
