Bought a new phone last night, LG800g. I was on the phone last night with teck support and they worked with me on the message I get about inserting sims card. We inserted it several times and are still getting that message.
I was told to mail it to them for a replacement. I told them that I think I will return the phone.
I've changed my mind and would like a new sims card. How do I do that? Where do I send it?
