This morning I activated our two new phones. We transferred our phone numbers and units from the old to the new phones. My husband's new phone is now activated and ready to use. My new phone did not activate, my old phone was deactivated, and now I am left with no service at all.
My account shows that my new phone needs an update. When I tried that, it said there was an error, and I have to call TracFone to resolve it. I'll have to try to find time tomorrow, but in the meantime I have no phone. Is there a common error? Is there anything I can do that might resolve this issue without having to find the time to call? I really need my phone now...the old or the new. This is a really bad time for me to be without a phone, but then I guess there really isn't a good time for anyone to be without one.
