Who Else Has My Phone's Serial Number?

I have had my Tracfone for several years. Every time I add airtime I do so as a guest user. I have NEVER been able to set up an online account because every time I try to do this -- it fails. I get the message that someone else already has my serial number. I called in about this problem and they gave me Reference No. 1053340204 and told me the problem should be resolved over this past weekend.

I tried on Monday and I tried again today -- the problem is STILL not resolved.

I would like to eventually transfer to a monthly account but I cannot set up an account of any kind because I cannot assign my phone to my account.

Can someone please help here?

This problem has not been resolved yet. I do not understand why anyone else would have the same serial number on their telephone as the serial number on my telephone. How does that happen?

When I tried again today to add my telephone to my online account -- I clicked on the submit button and it comes up "FAILED" again.

Please fix this problem once and for all.
