As with many others who have posted on this Forum, I am unable to Cancell my enrollment in Family Value Plan on your website. No matter which 'reason' I provide for cancellation, it just refreshes the page. Please note I only wish to cancel my automatic enrollment in the Family Value Plan, and do NOT wish to cancel or deactivate my existing Tracfone service. Thank you
