No option to enter promo code

I recently added minutes and an additional 365 days of service to my wife's phone, and wanted to use the Valentine promo code 17482 for an additional 200 minutes. However, when I clicked continue on the transaction, thinking that the next step would allow me to enter the promo code, my transaction completed and the phone immediately updated. I would like to get the 200 minutes!
