web site not working can not activate new phones there

CAN"T Access Account Info. through the Tracfone.com Website

When I try to log-in it just says "success" and there is no information about my phones. If I click on "add phone" It just logs me off and sends me back to the tracfone.com home page. I have had this problem since Sept...2011.......... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
