Account Info is gone

My account info has disappeared. I am able to login, but only see a yellow triangle with a ! and the word Success. When I push the "add phone" button I get an Error message. This happened around the same time as one of our phones being deactivated. However, when I purchased more airtime, Tracfone still had all my credit card information.

i am having the same problem and calling tracfone was useless. all i want to do is get to my account info so i can add another phone. It should not be this hard!
