can not access my account information

I cannot access my account info. It just shows success in one corner of the screen and the rest is blank. What do I need to do to get my account info to show up when I log in online?

I guess I need to stay online all day so that I can post 5 messages before being able to communicate with someone about not being able to view my account summary.

I'm not getting much help from tracfone customer service. I get transferred around and then am given a ticket number. Never get an email response to this ticket number. What's wrong with the website they so many are having touble accessing account summary??????

I have checked again and the number I gave you is correct 268 435 458 507 70* *** I have had this phone for over a year.

I have 758 minuets on this phone and 70 days of service .I was on a value plan up until Nov, I want to sign back up to it .I would like to be able to manage my account online . But for some reason starting few months ago I have not been able to see my account online. I now have to do everything over the phone. My serial number is 268 435 458 507 70* *** for sure.
