What is this?

When I try to use the browser I get check data restrictions 36.

I've never had a problem with my other tracfone browser. Please fix this.

I am having trouble accessing the mobile web at my work site on my LG 290C. The phone shows full power reception at work. There is a cell site near by. I usually can access the mobile web once during the day, but after that I cannot access it again. The above message will pop up. Any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated.

i'm also getting the same issue on my LG 800g tracfone, cannot connect to the internet, and so i cannot be able to download anything.
