I'm pretty cellphone illiterate.
I live in TN and will be in MA for 2 weeks.
I would like to buy a prepaid tracfone to use on vacation and also when I get back as my backup (job hunt) cellphone since I am having countless problems with the phone I currently have (Cricket).
If I activate my phone in TN, and take it on vacation with me to MA... will I actually be charged simply for having the cellphone ON??? What constitutes as "use" as it is termed in the TOS? Or does "use" simply mean when I make/recieve calls and texts, browse, etc.
I don't see the point of having a cellphone if I will have it shut off all the time (someone might call me!)
Hope I get an answer soon. I've got my eye on a Tracfone on Amazon (Samsung T301G Slider) and my trips not too far away!
