The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a track phone off of the tracfone website and had it shipped overnight as i needed it to fill in for the weekend. I received the phone the next day as needed and everything seemed great. I activated the phone online and everything appeared to go very quick and smooth. Well the phone would never connect to a tower and i turned the phone off and on several times over the next hour with nothing happening. So I called customer service and after about and hour of trying new codes and pulling the battery in and out and changing the sim code because the phone was showing a different number than the one the customer service rep was showing for this serial number. the rep said it was fixed now and it would take another hour before it may work. So i waited another hour with nothing changing. So i made the dredded call again going through the same entering of codes and turning off and on with nothing changing . I asked if i could just have a refund and return the phone because it obviosly wasnt going to work after 2+ hours of this. They informed me that i could not have a refund but they would send me a replacement in 3 to 5 days. I told them that this was no good i needed the phone for the next two days thats why i paid the extra shipping to get it. So i was tranfered to another rep. again explaining the whole problem going through the same trouble shooting and again the same thing. I asked if i could speak to a manager so i could possible get a refund and was put on hold for a short time . After explaining the situation again guess what i again went through the trouble shooting. Again i asked if i could have a refund and i was informed that i could but i would have to pay to return the phone because they dont have access to prepaid waybills(are you kidding me). I then asked her if they send me a different phone what do i do with the old one. She informed me that they would include a prepaid waybill for the return. (now we have access to one). Read alot of horror storys about tracfones customer service but never thought it could be that bad boy was i wrong. After 5 hours and more typing than ive done in 25 years i still dont have a phone that works or a fix to this mess.

Its been almost a week now since i received the first phone and i still dont have a replacement phone. They decided without telling me that they were going to send me a different phone and not refund my money. This is a joke I paid extra to get the 1st phone overnight and i still dont have a phone that works a week later. I have sent message to tracfone Michael and get no return response.

The Forum is a Joke it takes 4 days for the moderater to decide to post my post . Tracfone Michael doesnt respond to replies for days and he said by e-mail that they would compensate all my trouble with minutes . Thats ok with me but no one is responding to my replies. Just want this to be over.
