Ok, Now I have a very frustrated husband ... old number that he wants to keep is 702-285-0333 (1000 min. ) new number is 702-690-8891
With the new phone the serial number has changed and the phone is new he can't find the new serial number... He is upset that he had to go to the main FEDEX building to pick the phone up because it required a signature (Sat. ) and he has tried for two days to work with the individuals that do not speak english clearly. Look we have been loyal customers? My no. is 702- 465-1763 It's late here and I have a 5am call ... so signing out. I will check my yahoo account and this message board tomorrow. As a Tracfone customer I am still trying to reach a U.S. based tech service contact. How do I reach Jennifer ? We tried going through the service contact phone number and waited an 1hour for connection to someone who refused to transfer us to a U.S. based tech service contact.
Can you please contact me through the email given to you for entrance to this forum? Neenee51
