Phone Disconnect ?

I have 15 Days left and 318 Minutes and for the last 2 weeks I can not call out or receive any calls Call in to it say's no longer in service or phone # has changed and to call in all we get is a busy signal Would like to get on Line so we can use up our minutes so I can get another brand Every time I call for service on our other phone we are on for over an hour and can not understand the service tech Phone # is 307 xxx xxx and Ser#268 xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx my reg Phone # 307 xxx xxx.
