Good day, tahiti4me. We'll try to check it for you. Please go to code entry mode screen under prepaid menu and enter *#115, press ok and provide the number that would display underneath parameter 115. Thank you.

Good day, tahiti4me. We will send Programming Codes to your phone to enable the MMS feature. This process may take up to 24 hours. Please keep your phone turned on during this time and don't attempt to send a picture message during this time. We'll get back to you after 24 hours to try sending an MMS and see if it works. Thank you

I have a w376g that I'm taking out of service, and upgrading to a LG 500G. Phone number and minutes have already been transferred successfully.

I've been able to pair the phones, but I can't figure out how to prompt the w376g to send my contacts to the 500G.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good day, davearm. My name is Jessica TracFone and I'll be addressing your concern. Are you trying to transfer your Contacts via bluetooth because that's the only way to transfer them from one phone to another? Thank you.

The display on my motorola W376g turned white the other day and I can no longer use it. I can receive calls but there is no way for me to access my address or any other function from the display. Is there a way to fix this?
