Good day, davearm. Unfortunately, phone model doesn't have an option to send all of your Contacts from one phone to another at once via bluetooth. Thank you.

Good day, Steven. Sorry for the trouble. My name is Jessica TracFone and I'll be addressing your concern. We will check the internal settings of the phone and see if we could fix the issue. We need to take this issue offline so I can address it further. I will contact you directly with a private message. Thank you.

Good day, POOFTA2. My name is Jessica TracFone and I'll be addressing your question. Yes, it's possible to charge your phone via USB cable and you don't need to activate anything because the moment you connect the USB cable on the phone and on the computer, it'll automatically charge. Hope this answers your question. Please let us know. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is not what happens. Instead my phone says "Unable to charge" and I do have an OEM battery from Motorola in the phone, so what is my problem?

I am unable to receive text messages, however I can send them. I recently re-activated my phone and this has never happened before.

I don't know why my cell phone would not send text message. Everytime I tried, it says that it has failed. Please help.
