My father has this phone through the safelink program.
I want to get him a new phone.
what phones will work with this sim?
what is the process of changing to a new phone?

I keep trying to add my safelink phone to my tracfone account but it says my imei and phone number failed due to being active on another account. I only have one email so I am not really sure how this could be. how do I disassociate it so that I can associate it with my tracfone account?

I'm very unhappy with my ZTE Valet android phone. I reverted back to another regular TracFone again and they took away all my minutes that I had accumulated over the years. I called customer service and they said that is in the term of service. If you downgrade from android to non-android you loose all your minutes. I paid for those minutes and don't see why I have to loose them when going from one ttacfone to another.

The screen on my phone exhibits a yellow distortion approximately in the middle. It makes it difficult for me to read any of the selections. I'm concerned with this new development that the phone may be dying! Would appreciate some feedback.
