Is there any way to backup/download the phonebook contents on a C139? Is it possible to get a new(or recon) C139 and swap out my existing SIM into the new phone? The problem is the volume on incoming rings has practically vanished. Can barely hear the ring, even at the highest setting, otherwise the phone still works fine. Any ideas on this problem? Thanks,JW

Hi JW. My name is TracFone Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. There is no way for you to have a backup contacts on that phone. If you will purchase a new phone, you cannot exchange the sim cards on both phones. Please call the Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-867-7183 to process the transfer. We are open from Mondays to Sundays from 8:00am-11:00pm EST. Or you can also visit the website at[urlwww.tracfone.comwww.tracfone.com then go to "Activate/Reactivate" and click on "Transfer Number". The sim card on the old phone will not be accepted by the new phone that is why backup for phonebook is not possible.

You can use it to copy contacts on a SIM from an old phone to a SIM on a new one new one.

Alright, I guess one way or another I put my phone in headset mode and I dont know how to return it to normal mode so I can make and receive phone calls and hear out of the phone. There is no head set plugged into the phone. How do I get my phone off of this head set mode and back to its normal ways. Thank you.

Hello, My name is Leroy Seeley. I've recently learned to text on my Motorola C139 and a friend and I were texting back and forth for 2 days. Suddenly, although I have 1075.0 units, I can recieve but not send text messages. This is very irritating due to the fact it still charges me .3 units to give me a message that says unable to send message. And every time I try to call the support hotline it says due to unusually high call volume we cannot take your call at this time call back later. I do not know what to do, could someone please help me so I can begin texting again.

Thank You, Leroy Seeley
