Motorola C139

I have a Motorola C139 phone. All we are trying to do is put new minutes on the phone. We've called Tech Support several times, and they have told us they sent the minutes, but we have not received minutes. Not only are we out the money with NO MINUTES added to my phone for my plan starting on 1-26-2015, Tracfone is going to charge my Credit Card again on 2-26-2015, with NO MINUTES added. I cannot resolve this issue because Tech Support says they sent the minutes, then they found the error and sent them again, and promised the minutes would be on our phone soon. That was 10 days ago and the phone has been On all this time. If we cancel the plan, Tracfone says they will not refund anything. No one at Tracfone can help us.

When I tried to check my Tracfone account online today, I could not get in, and the response online was: OTA TRANSACTION PENDING. I have been so upset about this Tracfone issue because my phone is a medical lifeline. I have advanced Multiple Sclerosis, and if I fall, I won't be able to contact my emergency home care provider. The last time I fell, I broke my hip and could not move 7 hours. By chance, help arrived. Please, can someone help me get my Tracfone minutes?

Good Morning. I recently bought 2 of these phones and cant seem to get either of them to activate. I have gone through the process and followed all the steps but my phones keep saying that they are not receiving a signal and have unregistered sims. Please help as I would really like to get these up and running. Thank You

My Motorola c139 is getting a bit crotchety in its old age. If I buy a new c139 (yes, there are still some available) can I just move my SIM card over and carry on?

Hi armedandsafe. I'm TracFone Larry. Switching of SIM card does not applicable to all phones. The SIM card from a TracFone branded phone cannot be switched to another device. We will help you check your phone. For further assistance, please check your forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. Thank you.
