Unregistered Sim message - New Sim on Motorola E124G

I just got the new SIM that was sent for my Motorola E124G, which has had minutes and old number transferred to it. New sim is installed and phone displays "UNREGISTERED SIM". Serial number for the phone is 354725040919478

New SIM number is 890 141 032 544 812 619 84

My phone shows active with the phone number 801-349-8465. I have a ticket # 103 7889981 which I can't get any status on through the Tech Support link on the web. I have posted several messages and have gotten no response. 3 weeks and still can't use this new phone, is this what I get for buying a newer Tracfone? Come on and help me out, activate my phone please!

Phone is on! Please help!
