Hello I just bought a Samsung T404G and had the number from my old Tracphone ported over. I get great reception in my area, my old tracphone worked great for years and my new T404G shows 5 bars of signal strength. However it is also showing the no service icon (blue phone with red line through it) and whenever I try to make a call, I get the error message "Check Call Restrictions -34".
I was on the phone yesterday with someone at tracphone who took care of porting my number for me, and I don't know how long it takes for the porting process to finish, do I just need to wait a few days? Or is this a new/different problem, and I need to call customer service again?
