T404G Unable to Make or recive calls

I activated my phone and transferred my number from my previous phone, yesterday and added minutes to it as well, however the phone is still unable to make or receive any phone calls, there is no error message, and i have good signal, people who call me go straight to my voice-mail, however i am unable to even access my voice-mail due to the phone unable to make or receive any phone calls, even 911.

My new Samsung T-404 G is activated, got my minutes transferred, but can't send or receive calls. As soon as I send, I see the connecting icon on screen, then it cuts out. What's going on? HELP!!

I have had my T404 for a week and after 5 calls to Tracfone support I still don't have service. I have received the same response as those before me that I would receive a private message but it hasn't happened yet.
