I recently upgraded my husband's phone and my phone.
We have had a couple problems.
I've read the boards, I know the procedure, so I'm not going to list every issue we have.
I'm just going to say that I've been trying to deal with email support, and they haven't been helpful lately. I will post five times, and I'm sure then you will contact via PM and say you will be contacting me via the email I registered with although you won't be. Then, I will reply and explain the whole situation.
