S390G BT & WiFi problems

S390G BT & WiFi problems

Postby starhunter617 » Mon Oct 22, 2012 12:05 pm

I've tried several times, with your help, to fix my phone, As per my info below, is my phone broken? Thanks
My wifi momentarily came back on, then the phone crashed. (s/n 359***********) The screen read:
blocking defense
1 Error Code: 0037 0048 0086 0099
2 Error File: rtke_data.C
3 Error Line: 880
4 RAMDUMP STATE: UART460K
5 SHPHEAP Dump State: On
6 Additional Info:
=Sendkey: Previous screen
=volumeDownkey: Toggle dump
=Tripple#key: Rebooting

I pulled the battery and the phone would turn back on, but I still had wifi & BT problems. I've done resets & restores, but there is no permanent fix. Is this all a hardware or software problem? I like this phone, but if I got another, would it possibly work any better than the one I have?
