resetting password/pin

I have a Samsung T404G. I cannot however buy airtime on my phone because it asks for a PIN, which I have already reset. But my phone keeps giving me a'Invalid Pin Number, Try Again' prompt. And I am unable to reset my password online because there isn't a feature available to permit me to do that. The rep I talked to on the phone said he would send me a link via email, which I have never received still. Checked inbox, spam and trash. So I am displeased with the level of service offered. Your website doesn't allow for me to reset my password like most websites do. And your techs seem less than helpful. :twisted:
