Triple minutes issue again....

Hello,
I am a Safelink customer and I am on a plan in which I receive 250 minutes on the 1st of every month. In April of this year I upgraded and transferred my Safelink services to a reconditioned Samsung S380C tracfone. With this new upgrade, it provides triple minutes for life. However my minutes do not triple on the 1st of the month.
