Problems Getting Started- Transfer from ST w/ Galaxy J7 Phon

Went through the on-line activation procedure. Seems to have gone smoothly. I have an unlocked phone from previous Straight Talk service. Phone is a Galaxy J7 Sky Pro. Entered data for my purchased service, the 1200/1200/3GB deal off of eBay. Activated about 5 hours ago.

"Welcome to Verizon wireless. We are unable to complete your call. To speak to a customer service representative...."

What should I do?
