Originally my Samsung Galaxy A10e was using straight talk services which I had forgotten since I have not had it paid for in a long time. So I bought the 20 dollar plan for unlimited data and transaction went through but the phone still hasn't activated. I assume it's because it uses straight talk even though the phone itself is a registered device on tracfone. Is there anyway that can be fixed without having to pay more money? Or do I get a refund?
