unable to use old email, don't receive codes on phone

I am unable to use my old email to get a code to reset my password for my tracfone account. I don't have access to it any more. How can I change my password? I asked that the code be sent to my phone, but the codes never show up. I have looked all over the phone in messages, messenger, etc, but no codes.
