I was messing around with my phone and i activated the PUK by accident and i dont know what the password is. Can someone help me please ?!

SERIOUSLY? I have to post three more times to be able to send a message back to you to get my phone to work? That is just insane! Am I reading this wrong? I've been a customer for 5 years and I can't get direct help? What kind of customer service is that? I want this problem RESOLVED!
