phone doesn't work

on Oct 17 i transfered my number to a new phone (LG220C), and a few days later activated it. it looks like its fully activated, but i cannot make or receive calls, send or receive texts, or add a minutes card. i made a complaint to technical support last thursday Oct 22, and nothing has been done yet. is there anything i can do to get my phone working?

Hi my name is Randy, and I am having the same problem. I bought my LG220C a couple of days ago and I can't recieve calls or dial out, also can not recieved text messages? I have been on the phone with technical support forever and nothing seems to help??? Can someone please tell me why I am having such a BIG Issue with this??

White Screen

I just recently purchased this phone in the last four days. And at this point all I get is a white main screen. It can still receive (and probably send) calls, but otherwise I cannot see the display.

I bought my tracfone yesterday and it says that it's activated but I am not able to make or receive any phone calls. I called the tech support last night and talked to a lady for approx. 20-30 minutes and she was still unable to fix my problems, then we got disconnected, how convienent. I get a message when trying to make calls "if I want to make a collect call to a mobile or landline phone....." and when we call our own tracfone it goes into an automatic voicemail. It's using up my days and minutes and the phone doesn't even work.
