Unfortunately, with TracFone and with this type of phone model, you are not allowed to transfer some of your data from the phone to a computer. This particular feature on the phone has been disabled with TracFone. Hope this has addressed your concern. Thank you.

I have this phone, but it has a very small range after they updated it. I keep getting the message that I need to call collect when I've only gone an hour or so from home.

I have an LG 290C but I can't figure out how to set it up to access web features. I bought a ringtone earlier only to find that I can't download it due to the lack of web access. Is there someone who can help me out?

When trying to log onto the web using an LG 290C does anyone else get a message that says "Error: Cannot resolve hostname"? I can't figure out how to make the browser load properly, or access the web.

My dad recently purchased minutes for my LG290C, but my phone says that I have 0 days left. It still has 526.70 minutes. I will privately give more information if it is required. Thank you.

I got a PM about solving my phone issue but I the site is not letting me reply to the moderator. There is no reply function and when I try to compose a message in response it tells me I am unauthorized to use the PM feature. What the heck?
