The view screen on my LG 200C has suddenly malfunctioned. It shows a "modern art" picture on it now. Our minutes expire on 5/1/2011, and before buying more minutes I wonder, will I have to get a new phone? Is a "scrambled screen" a normal effect of minutes expiring, so my screen will right itself when I purchase new minutes?

Should I renew, then get the phone? Get a new phone and start all over?

The phone was not banged/dropped/harmed/physically assaulted in any way.

My initial post- about tracfone's "issues" and the sole reason I registered in the [b]first place- has pulled a disappearing act. Did that initial post not count? The fifty posts I've submitted since that first one haven't been posted here either. Will this one be "approved" by the mods? Could one of you helpful folks simply email me the magic answer?[/b]
Sixty posts today, only one appears, still can't reply to PM. Shoddy, shoddy service, tracfone! The Better Business Bureau was invented to help customers deal with companies such as tracfone. I don't even see my initial post?

I have had this phone and other LG phones. I have never had much luck with LG phones! Makes me sad because I know they have a good reputation! good luck with yours!

hi, i have an issue with my lg200c. it didn't receive its family value plan minutes for several months, and the account said it had system updates, so it took the first two codes and we got some minutes back, but the next code said invalid code 22. please help me
