I've used Tracfones since 2001, and have NEVER had this problem of PUK codes. I just purchased the new LG800G phone - even had it rushed to me over night because it is my ONLY phone. Now, I'm being asked for a PUK code (it is the only screen I have). I cannot make or receive any calls except 911.
How do I fix this problem immediately - or I will be returning this phone back to Tracfone and never using the service again. I have had enough.
