Hi marilynnde. How many minutes should suppose to be transferred from the old phone? It seems that your replacement phone is now activated but the minutes were not yet transferred.

Hello. I know I had about 324 minutes in Jan. I did use the phone some after that, so I do not remember exactly what I had when the old phone finally quit. I did not have an active phone in Feb. to get my monthly plan of 50 minutes (doubled). Thank you.
