LG 840G Very Unhappy Customer

Bought a LG840G From HSN Along With 1400min, I Activated My Phone Moved My Number From Verizon, After 3Hr and 40min On The Phone With TracFone, My LG840G Has No Minutes and My Verizon Phone Is Not Working Because I Closed The Account When I Transfer The Number. TracFome Is Sending Me Another Phone Should Have It In 5 Business Days With The Week End Falling In The Middle Witch Means 7 Days. I Was Not Real Happy To Be On The Phone For 3hrs 40min, And Not Have The Problem Handle, You Would Of Thought That After 1 Hr Of Trouble Shooting They Would Of Realize It May Of Been The Phone, Not A Happy Customer.

Best to use the forum for resolving problems. Tracfone will not credit you your minutes for calls to customer service.

They will crdit you if you call 1800 328 1887 and help you with problems , i got my mins back
