Anti theft feature on, but KaiOS says no

I have an Alcatel flip phone and I have the antitheft feature "on". However, Kai)S says my anti theft feature
is not activated. I have "on" and "off" several times and KaiOS still says my phone's anti theft is not "on".

There is no contact information on KaiPS webpages.
What do I do?
