Question about my Account Summary page

Hi,Im new here and I need to ask a question about the Account Summary page. I bought this service for my Uncle wh*lives distant, so Im not able to see the minutes left on the phone. Is there a way for me to find how much time is left on the phone from the Account Summary page?Can I get notifications on my phone or thru Email on low time?Doug

Good day, Doug. My name is Jessica TracFone and I'll be addressing your question. Unfortunately, you won't be able to view the remaining minutes or service days left on the phone but we are sending notifications via e-mail or SMS to those customer whose service is almost due. We send notification to the e-mail address registered on one's account. I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
