I have used tracfone for almost 5 years and have never had a problem. Always have a great signal on all phones I've had with tracfone. This is just a post to increase my posts so I can reply to customer service because I didn't get my double minutes and can't use my promo code. I've only had to call customer service once in 5 years and had no problems. Just trying this for a change. Have a good day.

I've been with Trac for at least 7 or 8 years, back then things were simple, didn't expect much other than just a phone.

I've been with Tracfone for several years and never had any problems until now. I have been very happy with Tracfone's services and sung their praises to many of my friends and acquaintances. It's disappointing to discover that when I actually need help, Tracfone makes it so difficult.

The one major complaint I do have is the fact that they ask you to take this "offline" to help you, but they never get back to you or resolve your issues. I'd almost rather take my chances calling the Customer Service number...yeesh! I still have two weeks to Christmas!!
