Unable to buy airtime online or even change payment info

I have only 8 minutes left on my Trac-Fone, and I'm waiting for a call from my father's doctor.It is my only phone, so I am unable to call the customer service number. The site keeps telling me there's a problem with my phone and when I enter the code, I get invalid code 52. I can't add minutes to my father's phone because I want to change the payment information and I keep adding a new card, and it keeps merging the two together on the site so that I can't make a payment. Plus there is no option for selecting a payment option.
